Today I’m sharing this photo from a hiking trip a few months ago because my good friend @jrod117a hurt his knee pretty badly this week and I wanted to send him some love. I hope you heal up soon brother so we can go on more dope hikes and adventures soon.
I also just got back this week from my vacation, and managed to record my new podcast episode about consistency which is now live everywhere that podcasts are available. Thank you all for the support on the podcast, it means the world to me to see it doing well. ❤️❤️❤️ #64explore#bealpha#moodygrams#strapsbyelroobs#sigma24mmart#explorearizona

This week I turned 25 and I feel amazing. The year has started out with a ton of productivity and I’m accomplishing a lot of the things I set out to do so far. My new side project @64explore is now live, where I’ll be posting a ton of curated work there. I also just published this week’s episode of the “Less” podcast, link to that is in my bio. :) I’m also traveling to Northern California next week for my first trip this year! I’ll be posting on my story a ton from that. Have a great week everyone ❤️
This year I plan to expand my content to other platforms and I’m hyped to share the first of those with you all today.
I have started releasing a weekly podcast titled “Less” that focuses on minimalism and the pursuit of living a more intentional life. My podcast will be a solo format look into my weekly life where I share my thoughts, journeys, outlooks and occasionally guest talks with other creative minds. Today the second episode went live and the link in my bio will take you directly to it. The podcast will be available on all major platforms and distributed through anchor, however I am still waiting for Apple Podcasts to approve it. I aim to provide you as much value as I possibly can along the way, so please feel free to comment or message me any feedback you have! ❤️ Thank you to every one of you that support me along the way.

2018 was the first year that I jumped back into the world of photography and I am so thankful for all the support you all gave me along the way. I’ve grown a ton so far and can’t wait to keep learning and shooting more than ever before.
These are my most popular photos over the course of the last twelve months here on Insta. As a special thank you for such a great year, I went back and re-edited my most liked photo to reflect how I would approach it today and to show how my editing style has changed so far.
What does 2019 hold for me? MUCH more content, and better distribution of that content. Those two things will be key for me going forward. You’ll be seeing much more of me in 2019 as I continue to chase my dreams. Thank you to every single one of you that takes time to like, comment, DM or support my work in any way. Let’s continue to create what could exist.
I cannot believe Thanksgiving is already NEXT WEEK! 🦃 I’m definitely enjoying the Holiday season this year, it just feels like it’s moving too quickly! 😭 On a different note, I have spent a large part of this year trying to get rid of things I don’t use or need and shift to a more minimal way of living. The items here are some of my current ESSENTIALS for photo and video. Now that you can use presets on Lightroom mobile I find myself grabbing my iPad Pro a LOT more for photo editing needs. Can’t wait for the new version of photoshop to release for it early next year too! Have a great Wednesday everyone! ❤️

I’ve been away from insta since mid September. This has mostly been due to a lack of creativity, lack of focus, and quite honestly a lack of drive. It can be so easy to get caught up in the numbers and start comparing success with others on this platform. It’s so easy to see places others have gone, flashy things other people own, and for many people it will cause a feeling of inadequacy. I’m happy to say I’m back, I have a new focus that is 100% authentic to what I want to create. Sometimes a long break brings a fresh perspective and I’m so happy to be back creating new content and growing my brand to what I want it to be. Thank you so much to those of you who reached out to me while I was gone to check on me, you’re amazing people.
Also I love the ocean and want to live near it someday 🌊 ❤️ #strapsbyelroobs#discoverearth#optoutside#oceanvibes#64explore
Being surrounded by an overwhelming abundance of greenery is something I enjoy endlessly. Lately I’ve been editing with a darker and more moody tone, which is something not always easy to do living in a desert. This is my submission to the #whpcolorpalette hashtag this week. On a different note, I’m so excited for fall to be here soon. This summer has been extremely fun for me, but I’m really hyped on changing things up for autumn. I’m planning a day trip to Sedona in the next couple of weeks, and several other big trips not too far in the distant future as well. This month I will release my first YouTube content too! I’m ready for amazing September! 👌🏼🌲

Something that I always recommend to someone brand new to photography, is to change your perspective several times before you just settle for a shot. This tree for example doesn’t look like much from head/eye level, but once you get down low to the ground and focus in on the fine details you see a wide variety of unique colors and textures that you may have missed regularly!
I am very passionate about teaching people things they might not have known when it comes to photography, which is why I’m recording tutorials to upload to youtube very soon. I hope everyone is having a great Monday, let’s get out there and create! 🌲❤️

The past month has been so fun for my photography journey. I’ve been seeing new places, doing new things, and all the while learning. I keep setting obtainable goals for myself and have done well at keeping them for the most part. September and October are already looking very promising as well, and I think I want to hard commit to making Youtube content for the first time since I was in high school next month. This past week I bought my first “professional” lens, which you will see more of very soon. In addition to that, I have decided to switch from my Canon to the Sony mirrorless system with a Sony A7iii, a change I hope to complete by the end of October. We’re just getting started baby, 2018 is about the climb. 🌲🌄
