We are getting to the point in the love your body challenge where everything is sore and I love it! Our family used our MLK day off to go explore Yosemite! It was freezing cold, wet, practically empty, and gorgeous! We then came home to workout (I do my TIU daily moves and core strengthening moves my chiropractor showed me to help keep my spine aligned... the fiancé does his muscly Mountain man stuff and our 4 year old runs around looking like one of those people that has no clue how to use equipment in a gym.... it’s hilarious 😂 We had the turmeric soup going in the crockpot to warm us up after! It was practically perfect. #tiuloveyourbody#tiuteam#tiucheckin#tuicalifornia#yosemite#snow#hiking#healthy#living#fitfamily
A trip down memory lane into my old Facebook photos. First one is me @yosemitenps hiked right up to the base of this massive waterfall, second one is me in a dug out pit they used for burning pallets and we used to hang out and drink at / chop pallets with our swords and use them for target practice, next is me in the fsj sand dunes camping area where we spent days offroading with my old pathfinder in the sand, next is me relaxing on a hiking trail by Hudson hope, and the final one is me being a weirdo posing as if I was a known rockstar. 😂
I didn't age much - forever 18.
Thanks for letting me reminisce about National Parks for a week! Getting to see some of these national treasures (Nick Cage?) has meant a huge deal to me, and the memories made and experiences lived on these trips will be forever tough to beat. What National Parks are on your wish list?!
