Avoiding cravings, depriving yourself..you name it, I probably did it 🙄 I’ve tried so many damn diets in the past & although some of them were doable, they were NAHT sustainable! 🙅🏼‍♀️ I’d either do really great on them for a while & then stop and gain all of my weight and bad habits back OR I just wouldn’t do them because they sucked & I couldn’t enjoy life 😖 If there’s one thing I’ve learned (through so much trial & error lol) You don’t have to avoid your cravings or deprive yourself. You just need to know how to satisfy them in a healthier way!✨ My girls & I are always sharing little tricks on how to satisfy without sabotaging our results 👯‍♀️ slideeee on into my DMs if you want in!
