𝙎𝙩𝙚𝙥 2: 𝙀𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙚𝙡𝙨𝙚 𝙚𝙖𝙩 50-75% 𝙤𝙛 𝙣𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙡 𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 If you normally have 3-4 pieces of pizza, have 1 or 2. If you normally have a bottle of wine, have half. If you normally eat a massive bowl of cereal have a small one. This way nothing is off limits, there is no 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥 food or 𝘣𝘢𝘥 food, everything can be enjoyed in moderation. Don’t drop carbs, or fats, or sugar, or fun foods, or whatever else you enjoy. Just follow these rules & let me know what happens over the next few months.
