  • Doing yoga at home is amaze, y’all. And it’s way easier than you think! As a yoga teacher I try to fit in 5 sessions a week to keep my mind + body connection strong. I lay out my @jadeyoga mat & @mandukayoga towel in our master bathroom, turn on my Desert Mist diffuser and pick a class from @yogaglo app. It’s the best bc you can pick classes by level & time. Here is my all time favorite blend to diffuse during my yoga classes - either in the studio or at home! 3 drops of Lemon + 2 drops of Frankincense (both come in the Starter Kit). Read about her 6 week journey: “For those of you that really know me, know that at times I’m quiet and shy and would probably never share this. With that in mind, this year I wanted to work on getting out of my comfort zone a little more. So here I go! I recently completed a six week fitcamp with the one and only Diane Simmons and the help of Complete Nutrition. I’ve always loved Simply Fitness workouts and the energy Diane brings to class each day. For this fitcamp I knew I wanted to lose weight, but I ended up learning and doing a lot more. First, was accepting where I was and making the decision to make a change and stick with it. Second, was getting a body analysis reading done by Complete Nutrition and seeing my body broken down into muscle mass and body fat. They were super helpful when it came to my protein powder and supplement questions! Third, during this process I learned about macro nutrition and really understanding what I needed to fuel my body. This meant no more popcorn for dinner, drinking more water, and meal prepping every Sunday. Lastly, I learned that I was not alone on my journey. Throughout this process I had so much support from Diane and the ladies and gents that attend her classes. The energy, laughs, and hard work is unreal during class. If you’re trying to get back or even start to be healthy again I’d definitely recommend Simply Fitness by Diane Simmons. I’m proud to say in six weeks I’ve lost 13 pounds and decreased my body fat by 5.7%. Join me and the rest of the Simply Fitness crew for the next fitcamp March 11th 😆”.
