Just WON my 11th #dietbet. I'm thinking of hosting one of my own next now that I know how to make them fun and successful!! Whose with me!!! Our Family camping trip is under way we are about to get out #hike on at Glacier.   • This morning I was definitely not in a good mood.. ⁣

Annoyed than i’m still sick.⁣
Stressed that I can’t workout. ⁣
Not feeling like myself. ⁣
⁣
And just at that moment where all my emotions are running wild, I’m sent a post that I needed to read from my trainer (thanks @_ash.joy_ 💕)⁣

Being sick is literally my body saying SLOW DOWN! ⁣
It’s time to stop, rest, and take care of myself as much as I can.⁣
I love working out and getting my heart pumping like no other, but this is the time my body needs REST. ⁣
And I know that if I were to workout as usual it would do more harm than good! ⁣
And either way- you are supposed to be taking a full rest day when on a workout program! So take advantage of it because your body NEEDS it! ⁣

So take it from this girl here that is extremely congested and NOT working out.⁣
As soon as my body gives me the A-ok i’ll be back to my workout programs and back to being the best I can! ⁣

You have to listen to your body- we only have one so don’t overdo it!! ⁣
And no, it does not mean that you failed, it’s just a slight step back into a way better version of you! ⁣
