  • Ok here’s my #FirstWorldProblem my son has finally started sleeping though the night without waking up to breastfeed. Yay, #MomWin . HOWEVER!!!! I took my Fitbit off to charge it while I was at work and his dad was watching him. Well, his dad doesn’t care if emmitt loses my things. Just leave his alone... so I got home and everything on my side of the bed was ransacked by my little ginger baby and I have not been able to find my Fitbit since. #bummer I’m so sad kus I’ve never worn it and gotten real sleep. Like sleep when your not big and pregnant and uncomfortable. Or getting up twice in the night and breastfeeding and rocking a stubborn baby.... like ligit, lay down and my alarm scares me awake in the morning- sleep and probably snore like a lumber jack. SLEEP. what does that even look like. I miss my Fitbit. .

Now that I'm maintaining a weight loss of over 120 lbs, I'm finally starting to feel like I anticipate the current me when I look in the mirror.

Every once in awhile, like this past week, I see the former me.

This is why comparison photos are really beneficial for me. is serves as a true mirror when the reflection I see doesn't align with what actually exists. It helps to remind myself how far I've come, and what I've worked so hard for. 🖤🖤🖤

INGREDIENTS
Taco Filling:  4 chicken tenders OR 1 skinless, boneless chicken breast cut into 4 strips  1/2 lb chopped bacon  2 cups chopped romaine lettuce  2 tbsp garlic powder

Taco Shells:  2 cups shredded parmesan cheese

Dressing  2 eggs yolks  3 cloves of garlic  2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce  1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese  2 tbsp lemon juice  1 tbsp anchovy paste  2 tbsp dijon mustard  1/2 cup olive oil

Instructions
Filling  Season the chicken strips (or sliced breast) with salt and pepper. Pan fry for 5 minutes each side. Set aside.  Fry the bacon in a pot until crispy. Degrease the bacon, and combine with the garlic powder.

Taco Shell  Add 1 cup of parmesan cheese to a medium high heat frying pan. Spread the cheese making sure it covers the entire pan. Fry until the cheese starts to crips and bubble. Take the cheese out and form in a taco holder.

Dressing  Combine the eggs, garlic, worcestershire, shredded parmesan, lemon juice, anchovy paste, dijon mustard and olive oil in a blender. Season with salt and pepper.

Assembly  Coat the romaine with the caesar dressing. Add the lettuce to the hardened parmesan cheese shell. Top the lettuce with the garlic bacon bits, chicken and extra dressing. .

In 15 months I’ve lost 135lbs..I never expected to have extreme weight loss in such a short period of time..most of the time I still can’t believe this is real. You can do this too. DEDICATE YOURSELF TO THE LIFESTYLE. It’s a marathon, not a sprint. Work hard every day and eventually you’ll end up where you want to be. Strictly Keto, no legit exercise (because I’m still lazy..ugh.) Goals for this year: wear a bikini, do a cartwheel and start moving! .⁣

  • I was thinking about how far I’ve come today on the #transformationtuesday 
You see this picture above. It might look like the same person but in so many ways it’s not! Yes both pics are me but the woman on the left is from about a year and a half to almost 2 years ago. She was unhappy with what she saw in the mirror. Hated everything about herself. Hated looking in the mirror. Hated shopping and trying on clothes. She hated feeling out of breath ALL the time. Hated the idea of working out. She had zero confidence in herself and thought she wasn’t good enough for anyone to love her. 
Now the woman on the right, she is fine becoming happy with who she is. Learning to love herself day by day. Loving the person she sees back in the mirror. Isn’t afraid to look in the mirror anymore. Enjoys shopping (probably too much). It’s out of breath anymore. Works out 5-6 days a week and enjoys it! Finally has confidence. And is starting to realize that someone will love me. 
I can definitely say this hasn’t been easy, but it has definitely been worth it.
