  • The other day I texted @fitnika101 that I officially weighed 142 which was my weight goal this bulk. The fact that I weight more now than I ever have in my entire life and I feel so happy about it is truly astonishing to me. Lifting has completely changed my relationship to food, the scale, and my body, and I’m so grateful to her 🥰 (yes I’m referring to Lifting as her)

Self care is probably the best investment of your time, it doesn't have to cost a lot of money, actually it doesn't have to cost you a cent! Even a small act of just sipping your favourite tea and journaling can help you connect with yourself! .

  • This was my Valentines🥰😍 •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• I was treated to a lovely meal at @wearezizzi and i thoroughly enjoyed! I knew i would be indulging so i made sure i stuck to my shakes during the day so i could go out and enjoy myself without feeling guilty. •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Again, its all about balance and its good to go and and have a good meal every now and again and it wont knock you off track. Yes its a lot of calories and not the healthiest of food but its so tasty and its so good for your mind to have these sorts of meals. I feel my body appreciates it too, its almost like a refeed so i can continue to drop the lbs without my body feeling the need to cling onto that extra fat incase it needs it.
