I spent the night in a haunted Abbey last weekend...
So naturally, here’s a quote from Poltergeist:
Diane: We were wondering if maybe you had experienced any disturbances?
Tuthill: What kind of disturbances?
Diane: Oh, you know, like dishes or furniture moving around by themselves... #freaky
Spring hiking with snow adds new routes to mountains, gives us awesome summit views and doesn’t have to be as difficult as this picture. New video is up on YouTube with some tricks and tips on how to deal with spring (and summer this year) snow. Link in bio, check it out!
I didn't think I would find moving thaaaat stressful...
I was so naive.
Moving, it turns out, is a huge pain in the ass. Also, if you are moving with a significant other, at some point one of you will accidentally drop some sort of furniture on the other, and sooner or later somebody is going to cry. That's just fact.
Jarrod and I had all of two days in our new house (which he spent recovering from the drive, and I spent WORKING and attempting to recover from the drive) before we were off again.
This time, it was to Jarrod's cousin's beautiful mountain wedding in Twin Lakes. I had mad anxiety about boarding our poor confused dogs on their first weekend in a new place, but they survived.
FUN FACT, if a bunch of East coasters fly in for a wedding at nearly 11,000 ft, doesn't take much booze before everyone is feeling reeeeaaal happy #blameitontheelevation
