  • #MadForMovieReviews #ViceMovie Honestly #Vice is scarier than most horror movies these days & even if only a fraction of it is actually true it’s still terrifying ★★★★☆ Madformoviereviews.wordpress.com #madformoviereviews #vicemovie Honestly #vice is scarier than most horror movies these days & even if only a fraction of it is actually true it’s still terrifying ★★★★☆ Madformoviereviews.wordpress.com

  • VIEWS FROM THE VISTA #173: “Vice” w/ Lisa Chanoux (“What’s Your Sign?”)
If you saw Adam McKay’s previous, “The Big Short”, you know what to expect here. Herky jerky editing, big ideas packaged in small sardonic bites, and a big cast of Oscar leaning performances. There is a sense of patronizing belittlement but it also maintains an air of comedy while making sense of a period of history that some didn’t understand as it was unwinding. McKay and Christian Bale humanize a man that pushed for nearly a million deaths while keeping his motivations ambiguous. I much prefer the political dark comedy stylings of Armando Iannucci (“Veep”, “The Death Of Stalin”) but still enjoyed the watch here alright. #linkinbio #viewsfromthevista #vicemovie VIEWS FROM THE VISTA #173: “Vice” w/ Lisa Chanoux (“What’s Your Sign?”) If you saw Adam McKay’s previous, “The Big Short”, you know what to expect here.
