I will be preparing prints of various sizes for this show and would love to hear your feedback on what shots you think I should make prints of...nature, abstract, witchy portraits, landscapes... Also, framed or canvas prints? What would you buy?
Interested in coming to this show? There will be many amazing artists there, live music and a fashion show. See link in my bio for tickets!
From sketches, rough hand cut mockups, to actually seeing, feeling and interacting with the final printed piece; it is truly a remarkable feeling. Just short of screaming ‘it’s alive”
The contrast of reds with a hint of white, along with a special die-cut of the icon placed strategically on the flap … I am still soaring over this custom presentation folder!

Congrats to Ottawa's Jonathan David who became the 1st 🍁 Canadian teenager to score 4⃣ goals in his first 4⃣ international "A" matches.
Jonathan scored in the 41' CAN - from a beautiful pass from Junior Hoilett
while also setting up Lucas with 1 assist for his 3rd career assist.

You read that correctly! This July, Coffeehouse Theatre Society will be producing The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged) [Revised] at the Tsawwassen Arts Centre! In this laugh-out-loud comedy originally produced by Reduced Shakespeare Company, a troupe of actors take on the challenge of showcasing all of Shakespeare’s many, many, works into one fourth-wall-breaking, rolling on the floor laughing, rollercoaster of a show. We look forward to seeing you there, July 26-28, 2019!
[It takes repetition]
Yesterday I talked about how you need to get your mindset right before you make radical changes to your life.
That's because the hard part is getting started.
The funny thing about momentum is that it doesn't like start, but it also doesn't like to stop either.
That's why the smallest change possible is your first step. And you should do it every day. Because that builds the habit.
The habit of starting.
So the question is: What is holding you back from building momentum?
Only you know for sure, but I know it has something to do with the way you are thinking. I guarantee the thing giving you the most resistance is buried deep in your head.
Yes, you might have injuries but if 100% of your body is injured -- you better be at the hospital. You can ALWAYS do something, even if it is "just" basic rehab exercises.
Who knows which particular trap you've fallen into -- and we all fall into traps -- but the first step to getting out of it is to identify it.
How do you do that?
You make your habit so small and inconsequential that if you don't do it, the only reason is mental.
Where to start? Anywhere... Here's one out of a million suggestions:
Hold a squat for 1 minute. Even if it takes you 6 tries at 10 seconds a piece.
Do it right when you wake up and when you're done, congratulate yourself for starting the day off on the right foot.
Remember, the exercise isn't the important part. Doing it everyday at the same time is the important part.
That's how you build a habit.
Soon, it'll feel weird if you don't do it when you wake up. Then maybe you could add a couple stretches to your morning routine.
Hey, now you have a morning routine. Maybe you could add a couple pushups, just to get the blood flowing.
Pretty soon you realize you've worked out every day for a month.
When is the best time to start?
Element Athletic's 6-Week Transformation Program starts on April 1st.
This Sunday is the last chance to sign up.
