Focus on being a better version of yourself than yesterday.
From personal experience. Some days I would be on top of the world after making some good progress... then I would see or hear of someone else doing better and in my mind I would talk my new achievement down until it didn’t matter.
Now I realize why the fk does it matter what someone else is doing. Life is YOU vs YOU. Not YOU vs everyone else. That’s the problem here. Since young we are brought up to compete and compare ourselves to others. This is what drives competition and results at a young age. But soon you realize you are just a dog chasing your own tail if you think being beating someone else is going to make you feel better about yourself. This is what society wants us to think because it produces better workers and creates that endless ladder to success which very few can ever reach... Instead strive everyday to make constant progress for ourselves. Be happy for other people’s achievements. Use that as inspiration to make yourself better. Forget comparing yourself to anyone but the man in the mirror 🙏

ADVANCED TRX WORKOUT: Workout of the week for me. Single Leg Lunge with running man technique 10 reps straight into chest to floor Burpees. Do each leg 3 times with 60s rest in between each leg.
3 x 15 squat Y-raise
Once you've done those, keep to the 3 sets setup. 3 sets 10 rep of power pull each arm with 10 x Hip drop superset.
Finish with 3 x 12 of triceps. ... Maybe try the handstand.
Simple hoisin glazed salmon😋
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
2–3 cloves garlic
1 1-inch piece fresh ginger
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon sesame oil
sesame seeds for topping
puree the soy sauce, water, hoisin, garlic, ginger, honey, and juice of one lime in a blender or food processor. Transfer to a skillet over medium-high heat. Simmer until the mixture reduces to a syrupy consistency that will stick to the salmon when brushed on. Remove from heat.
Salmon: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cut the salmon into four pieces. Pour the sesame oil in a baking dish (I’d recommend nonstick) and arrange the salmon in the pan. Brush the salmon with a thin layer of glaze, reserving the rest of the glaze for later. Bake for 15 minutes; remove from oven, brush with glaze again, and bake for another 15 minutes. When the salmon is done (it will be firm and flake apart easily) remove from oven and brush with the glaze one more time before serving. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Enjoy! ✨
