I’ve completed 10 Rounds back to back, Not only did my body burn more calories during the workout but the aftermath success is that my body has continued to burn more calories and fat in the 24 hours after the official workout💪🏽 Every once in a while, totally change your workout order. “Humans are creatures of habit” Trust in yourself and limitations I’ve learned that “If YOU want results? Change it up! 30 minutes of high-intensity lifting followed by 15 minutes of high-intensity intervals will produce more results in two days than your standard 90-minute workout three days a weeK!!! Never give up😀

🏋🏻♂️🏋🏻♀️Thursday 8pm Muscle Makeover!! What a great workout!! We started things off with the usual dynamic hip flow and transitioned into an explosive full body warm up. After three rounds of high heart rate and muscle activation it was time for the main event! ☠️Warm up: (complete each for 60 sec X 3 rounds)
1️⃣ Bosu Jack/Push Climb
2️⃣ KB Swing/Front Plank (30/30)
3️⃣ Bicycle Crunches ☠️Workout: ( Complete each for only 45sec but for a total of 5 rounds with a heavy Barbell. Note: each rep should focus on explosive concentric and slow, steady 4 count eccentric 🔥) 1️⃣ Barbell Floor Press
2️⃣ Barbell Hybrid Deadlift (Cross between Sumo/RDL/Squat stance)
3️⃣ Barbell Back Squat (Pull body down, Press floor away to stand back up)
4️⃣ KB Single Alt bent over Rows

Tonight’s DUT workout was one hell of a challenge but everyone pushed through and had a lot of fun in the process, which is always one of my goals! ☠️Workout: (complete each series of movements for 5 full minutes.
