«Жизнь - это не те моменты, которые проходят, а те, которые запоминаются» 🌸 Как-то даже грустненько было уезжать... возможно, потому что в прошлый раз , я точно знала, когда вернусь 🤩 Спасибо всем моим незабываемым за такие моменты , которые остаются в памяти и запечатываются на сердце ❣️ /// Life’s not the events that happens, it’s the one, which are there in memory and heart ♥️ Thanks to everyone, who’s making my life brighter ✨ #moscow#russia
No! This is not some fake ass account of somebody trying to act woke or front like they are living a life they really aren’t. Like I mentioned b4, I am in the music business which is one of thee worst businesses to be in on the planet besides politics. Anyway, social media is saturated with bull$h#t from even the most unsuspecting people. I refuse to be one of them. I’m simply that man whose higher purpose is all about helping people be their best. This little ol’ account is to give to whomever what the Creator has given me.
I’ve had to be at my lowest and worst in life to know what it means and what it requires to turn things around and elevate. The worst thing people can do in this life is not find their true selves. Social media will f*ck you up having you think life is about a thumbs up, heart, or comment. Like, don’t nobody give a damn about that in the REAL life. All people really want in life is to be healthy and happy. That’s it. And none of that is predicated on anything superficial like cars, houses, clout, fame, college degrees, money or whatever other sh$t that really doesn’t matter. All that $h!t is super fake. Just be your best, even if that means no one knows who you are or what you do for a living. For real. That’s what I call king and queen sh!t.
EN: Anne Zinga , Queen of Angola.(1582-1664)
She took the power after the death of her brother.
She was a great warrior, a brilliant tactician and charismatic queen who gave a hard time to the portuguese.
I was 8 years when I got to know this amazing and bold woman and she has been my role model ever since for the following reasons :
-She was educated and smart (she spoke portuguese and knew a lot about the history of Portugal). Her knowledge was the weapon that would allow her to negotiate on equal footing with the settlers in order to protect the integrity of her territory and the rights of her people
-She made no concessions with respect to her values and was able to command respect.
-By alternating strenght and softness she destabilised her enemies.
Whenever I encounter difficulties or in my daily life I say to myself : I am Anna Zinga Ngola Mbandi Nzinga Bandi Kia Ngola”The queen whose arrow always finds the goal “
One of the anecdote about her that in my eyes revealed her boldness and has deeply impacted me is to be found in the book of Sylvia Serbin “Queen of Africa and heroines of black diaspora”I could not find an extract of this in English so I have used an extract from Nzinga of Ndongo and Matamba- Always have a Chair for the Queen - Naked History:
Governor Correia de Sousa thought he would humble the emissary of the Ndongo by not having a chair for her at the meeting. Nzinga came into the room and saw the
governor seated on an elaborate chair and only a mat available for her to kneel on. Without batting an eye, she made a motion to one of her attendants, who got down on her hands and knees. Nzinga sat down on her attendant’s back and began negotiations. The company was stunned. This was the first indication the Portuguese didn’t know who they were dealing with. The Portuguese demanded that all Portuguese prisoners of war be returned. Nzinga countered saying she would be happy to do so if all the Ndongo people in slavery in Brazil be released.
