Amber has always struggled to put weight on due to being a long distance runner, tri athlete as well as other endurance sport and felt as though she had a very athletic build. -

But also you shouldn’t definitely not strive for this 🙅🏼‍♀️ this was morning of comp and I felt tired, exhausted, hungry it’s HARD and not maintainable at all.   • "I can't afford it." I actually said "I can't afford it" at first 😱. In REALITY, this literally took cutting TWO STARBUCKS TRIPS out of my life every month. That's all. I'm losing weight. I'm building muscle. I'm building friendships and real community. I am growing in my self-confidence. My diet (as in what I eat, not 'being on a diet') is bolstered by mealplans (vegan or omnivorous!) and nutritional information that it took so much work to sift through and decipher before. And, as someone who chose to be a coach and help gift this amazing opportunity to others... with effort and motivation, it doesn't take long for this to be not only free, but PROFITABLE💸. #hellotravelfund⁣

If you can cut 2 coffee runs, one Netflix subscription, 1 cocktail,  OR 3 big bags of potato chips a month... you can do this too. You can build a heathy life.... «choose» a healthy life. You can choose mobility into and through aging. You can decrease your physical pain. You can increase your energy and satisfaction in life. YOU CAN.⁣

It's easy to fall into the fear of failure... fear of unworthiness... fear of caring for yourself (I know, this sounds counterintuitive, but it's a deep, raw, core fear many of us struggled with to get to the point of saying, "Yes, I choose this for myself.”⁣

👌🏼Is it worth paying $13 less a month toward my credit card debt? You are worth that to feel this good.⁣
👌🏼Is it worth paying $13 less toward my kids' after school activities this month? You are a better parent when YOU feel this good.⁣
👌🏼Is it worth paying $13 less toward my student loan debt this month? You can be more professionally successful if you feel this good—over time, it pays off.⁣
