  • #transform20 week 2 day 1: BURN! Wowzers! That was a crazy workout! I’m so glad I decided to do this program it makes you feel like you’ve accomplished so much in such a short time and best of all having my #fitfriends come along for the ride! We’ve been sharing so much in our group and giving each other a little nudge if necessary! 😉.

There’s a space for you if you want it. All you have to do is 🙋🏼‍♀️ and say “hey! I want in! I need some accountability, support and motivation” and we’ll be waiting with open arms. 😊.

More importantly she has balanced life, business and gym and not given up on training. Like so many people have, they make excuses. Here is TWO pb’s beltless deficit deadlift. First one is 120, second is 130 at 63kgs. Deficits are a great way of increasing your conventional! The last set form was definitely at its limit. But that will be improved. - -

  • Well I went #swimming and legit got my arse handed to me by pensioners 😂 It wasn’t as bad as I expected, but jeezo nothing easy about it! Turns out I can actually  swim 25m so that’s a good starting point 🙌🏼 What I cannot seem to do is breathe so I spent the entire time doing front crawl with my head out of the water, which means I have a rather sore neck now 😂 I did 15 lengths in total, with a 30sec break after each length, and a longer break every 4 lengths. I suppose the plan would be to work up to be able to do 2 lengths without a break, then up to 3 etc until I can maybe do 15 without stopping? Nerves were insane yesterday morning because competitions have NEVER been my strong suite. I used to crumple under that  pressure. But thanks to Teddy changing my perspective from ‘this is a comp piece’ to ‘entertain them and make them laugh’, and an amazing crowd who laughed and cheered so damn hard, and a routine that was so damn fun, my nerves disappeared with the first bow. Wow. I don’t know how we’re going to top this, but I look forward to seeing what future fun we come up with 🤣💪🙏

I had such a productive day getting myself all ready for the busy week ahead. I also have some exciting news to reveal to you all (eeeek 💜) Tonight I enjoyed my first VEGAN @macdonaldsuk delivered courtesy of @ubereats_uk ! 🌱 So yummy, I’d highly recommend! 💚 
Also just wanted to remind you all that it’s okay to enjoy treats and relax. Although I eat healthy about 80% of the time, I also love food and having treats here and there is not a bad thing! Please remember: ✨It won’t stop your progress
✨It won’t make you fat
✨It won’t mean you then can’t go and enjoy yourself again that week

Eat that slice of pizza, have that glass of wine, be healthy and exercise regularly but also live & love life ✨🌈💕 Happy Sunday Lovelies!
