Your body is looking for stability, and when it doesn’t have it, it will create this artificial sense of stability- aka that feeling if “tightness” in your hips. And you’ll stretch it or foam roll it or dry needle it and it might feel good for a day or 2 but it ALWAYS comes back. That’s because you’re not addressing the core issue here.
