  • And...done!

#30forthekids (Sped up x6 for the 'gram)

100 burpees as fast as I can! This took me about 9 minutes. And yes, I paused the video so I could take my socks off as they were causing me to slip!

It's so much harder than it looks but so worth it!

  • Credit to @merejune : Jungle boogie 🌴 Over the past couple years I've struggled with travelers sickness and sickness in general. December I decided to take a closer look at what is is going on. After battling a chronic sinus infection for over a year and taking way to many antibiotics I realized I killed my gut and all the wonderful bacteria in it. On top of that I never had a great immune system. Growing up I was alway sick and by the time I was in 4th grade I had an ulcer. Why? Because I was living with severe anxiety and now what we call #PTSD. I believe my PTSD stunted my immune system. Stress on the body especially at a young age can do wonders and I lived like that for over a decade and that's how I got to where I am now. I met with a holistic nutritionist back in November and made a plan that during December I would start to tackling this issues. After all I did 7 years of therapy (still going) but never listen to my body to addressed this side effect of my PTSD. As most of you know I'm very lucky to work with amazing brands and reached out to them for help. My nutritionist set out a plan of
1. Probiotics/supplements @florahealthy
2. Bone broth homestyle savory chicken @epicbar. 3 Kombucha @vickyschlarb
Jason's mom gave us a scoby.4 Coconut oil in my tea in the mornings @officialsportea Lots of vitamin C. 5. Essential oils @doterra digest-zen, on guard. My aunt got me hooked on this @carols117 6. Meditation specifically my 1st 3 chakras. Call me crazy but I want to do all that I can to work this out of my body and share with you what has helped and I'm happy to say its working. I survived 10 days in Mexico with no issues and eating all the street tacos.I may have DNF my race but I still consider this trip a huge success. I know I'm not the only one who has suffered with this so if you have any other tips please let me know 🤗 Hope this helps #ptsdawareness #mentalhealthawareness #zerolimts #florahealthy #epicbar #doterra #sportea #kombucha Credit to @merejune : Jungle boogie 🌴 Over the past couple years I've struggled with travelers sickness and sickness in general. • Last night @lululemon I coached an EPIC workout with fellow coach and friend @stinaerowland to raise money to create a better life for sick children. Coaching has always been my passion because it’s an opportunity to help people see what they are capable of. This is what inspires me to give more and be more.
Last night, I got to witness pure grit. Their arms shook, the sweat poured, their cheeks became red, but that look in their eyes, that look that says “I don’t give up, not me, I’m better than that” shown on each person’s face at one point or another and that’s the shit I live for!
Only YOU can determine your worth, so go ahead and do something EPIC!
💥Some of the folks are missing in the picture because it was taken later in the night.

  • What is it about Green Tea that makes it so appealing to the masses? The health benefits, the taste, the traditions behind the Tea?
- What do you think?

It may depend on who you ask and what their preferable tastes/ preferences are.

According to the @MayoClinic Green Tea “may reduce the risk of developing several cancers, including bladder, esophageal and pancreatic cancers”.
Green Tea is also a significant source of antioxidants. These antioxidants play a major role in helping your body and mind stay healthy and well rounded.
Key takeaways: - Green Tea is widely enjoyed for many reasons. - Scientific data from medical communities alike have shown that Green Tea may reduce the risk of developing several cancers. - SPORTea’s® ingredients are of high quality, much like the individuals who enjoy SPORTea®, cheers 😉🍵
