Yesterday I had the honor to keynote the Women Business Symposium and interact with some dynamic women.
In my keynote, I shared insight into the idea that we are all living out our movie.
For some audience members they shared they were in a Drama movie, others were in a Hallmark Movie and yet others shared they were in a Family Comedy movie.
I then walked them through four ways they could change any scene in their movie and ultimately jump into another movie.
It was insightful to see the movies change. Some were moving into an adventure film or an inspirational film and one lady said she’s moving into ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’. We all laughed and I asked ‘What time was that film playing?’ LOL
If you want to be a dynamic speaker you must be able to do these three things - Introduce knowledge or a new way of seeing a situation - Offer tools that can be immediately put into action - Have the audience participate and interact in the experience
I’m blessed to have been chosen as the keynote as I had the chance to cross path with new friends.

The truth is that I care — A LOT.
So, this is less of a statement and more of an affirmation.
I’m making progress every day… learning to discern what is worth giving a fuck about.
I’m thrilled that I’m at this point in my life. It’s taken me a long while to get here but the more freeing I experience what it’s like to give less fucks about certain things, the freer I feel — giddy even!
I’m completely resonating with this declaration: “If it requires fake smiling, I probably won’t come.” *Some people may think I shouldn’t use the F word in this picture quote — but IDGAF. *Some people may think I shouldn’t wear my Uggs out in public — but IDGAF. *Some people say leggings aren’t pants — but IDGAF. *When I was in high school, some people thought I was weird because I wore a flashy fur coat with giant faces all over it and I carried a purse that looked like a mailbox with a metal slot and everything — but IDGAF. *Some people think that women over forty shouldn’t wear shorts skirt — but yeah, you guessed, I feel good in them — so IDGAF.
I’M STILL A COMPASSIONATE, CARING WOMAN WHO GIVES A FUCK ABOUT A LOT OF THINGS — I JUST HAVE STRONGER BOUNDARIES AND DEEPER CONVICTIONS NOW.
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is how important it is to learn to release self-consciousness — once you do, you’ll automatically experience more freedom, power and self-expression.
My upcoming book, The Sweet Spot: Your Roadmap to Maximum Confidence and Magnetism will be released soon and I am beyond thrilled to announce that it is now available for pre-order. If you order now, you’ll receive a personalized, signed copy as soon as I get my hands on the first batch! https://michellebaca.lpages.co/sweetspotpreorder/
