I received my new tenor pan yesterday and it sounds amazing.....I haven't played on this type of pan in over 10 years and is so fun to explore and see how all the muscle memory comes back.
I love using sound as a healing tool for myself and clients and with each new instrument I believe they each have their own consciousness. I sit in meditation, holding it, sitting with it and gently playing some notes. It might sound odd but each instrument has its open personality and sweet spot.
As my hands find the notes, I allowed mistakes, and challenged myself to go back to the basics and play some scales running up and down until it feels fluid.
Sometimes we jump into quickly and it sounds forced, stumbling and sharp but when we put the basics in place, its amazing how fluid and expansive the sound is. This is like anything in life and business its important to connect with every part as it is all an extension of you.
Where are some areas in your life that you might need to connect with to allow more fluidity and flow in? Where are you out of tune?

We’ve had a brunch visit to @octofishbar on our wish list for a long time!
We are so glad we finally got to experience all of the outstanding things we’ve been hearing about!
Today was an extra special day to visit because in addition to Octo Fish Bar’s incredible menu offerings, @unionkitchenmn was onsite for an @stpaulfarmersmarket pop-up from 10-2.
📸: The Lamb Pho 🍜
The noodles were cooked to perfection and the broth was sooo rich and flavorful😋
I’ll definitely be returning to Octo Fish Bar soon to try more of the tempting lunch items from their new menu
Fried Chicken Sandwich
The lobster roll
The breakfast burger
Brown butter pancakes
Thanks for organizing such a delicious morning @baconfatte 😊
Had the opportunity to do pro bono work with an amazing non-profit in Atlanta that helps grieving kids deal with the loss of a parent or sibling. Met some really cool leaders in the ATL marketing community today to boot. And one of the best parts is that i work somewhere that encourages us to #giveback. A truly #soulsatisfying morning! @katesclub@email@example.com

There have been very few times in my life when I’ve experienced almost complete silence in a restaurant. This image depicts the moments just after the ramen bowls were handed out at the 8 seat counter at Nakiryu in Tokyo, Japan.
Except for the occasional slurp, the room was totally quiet, no voices.
I never had the chance to talk with the people in this photo but we’ll be forever connected by this soulful experience.
Ramen does that🍜❤️
