RELAXATION IS KEY! 🔑
In order to have a happy life, you need to remember to take some time for yourself and relax 😌
I know this may be difficult for some of us with busy schedules or children or whatever it may be, but even 10 minutes a day can make a huge impact on your health and wellbeing ✨
Here are some tips to get you started:
• Meditation 🌷 (try meditating for 10 minutes by closing your eyes and paying attention to your surroundings whilst listening to some calming music — ocean/nature sounds are quite soothing) 🌱
• Take a warm bath 🥰🛁 (run a nice warm bath, fill it with bubbles, pour a glass of wine and you can even add in a Lavish Lab bath bomb 😉)
• Go out with friends 👯♀️— socialising with people who love and support you can boost your mental health IMMENSELY! 🤩 It may not be as relaxing as a quiet bath time, but it definitely helps with your wellbeing (which is all that matters right?!) 🥂
• EXERCISE! 💪🏻 Exercise is an amazing method for stress relief whilst boosting your self esteem (not to mention your physical health!)❣️

After a long break from our last playdate in december, Mama Huiyun from Art.of.Hygge and Inspirit had been working hard to plan interesting playdates for year 2019. Adults don't socialise enough these days. We go to events, we learn and grow to an extent but real connection and meaningful conversation is definitely lacking.
One thing I love about holding workshops at my home is that I can create a space and time to mingle and socialise. After the demo's are over we can all chat, eat good food and relax.
It's magical I absolutely love it ♥
