Good evening everyone, tonight I’m sharing an old favourite, this one is for all the people that want something quick and easy with loads of flavour 🤤😋 smokey beans always coming through 🙌🏻 recipe below 👇🏻 and over on my website! Happy mid week friends!
1 onion diced fine
1tsp oil
1/2tsp garlic powder
1tbs smoked paprika
1 tin of black beans
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
1tsp liquid smoke
Good pinch of sea salt .
.
Cook onion down until translucent in oil. Add in add other ingredients and cook down over medium heat for 15 minutes until thick and delicious! Serve with rice, potatoes greens or avocado 🥑 whatever takes your fancy 🙂

  • First smoothie bowl of spring 🌺 Inspired by the lovely @what_sophs_eats, this mixed berry combo was just what I needed! I literally put every topping imaginable on this, because why not! The taste was wonderfully fresh and invigorating and gave me the power to start the day. Highly recommend you give this a go! It's yours in minutes and you can garnish it with whatever you want. Smoothie: ♡ 1 cup frozen mixed berries ♡ 1 large frozen banana ♡ 1/4 cup orange and mango juice ♡ 1 tsp each of hemp and chia seeds 
Toppings: ♡ pink lady apple ♡ purple plum ♡ coconut yogurt ♡ hemp, pumpkin and flaxseeds ♡ raisins ♡ sliced almonds

Place all smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth (adjust the measurement of liquid depending on how thick or thin you want it to be) Pour into your bowl and garnish with toppings listed above or any of your choice. Simple, quick and easy! Enjoy 🌻
