Учу атлетов делать и активацию (первый слайд) и динамическую работу. По пониманию о ощущениям именно вторая стоит ближе к реальной жизни. Где нет времени в (рывке или броске рукой) на подумать, потом свести лопатки, потом принять положение... Именно поэтому пытаюсь добиться от плечей скоростной и слаженной работы на глубоком, а лучше инстинктивном уровне. .
