  • Congratulations Chef @cheungsiukong for yet another successful Chapourtier Wine-pairing dinner! ❤️ Excellent, excellent dishes, paired with rare wines, including the flagship Ermitage 2013, where the age of vines are 90-100 years old! With only 3,000 bottles in circulation, each bottle is at $700! Of course, today's dishes were impeccable, including the abalone & prickly sea cucumber soup and the Alaskan crab row with Canadian lobster steamed vermicelli.   • Did this random fridge clearance lunch a couple of days ago- kale massaged with olive oil and lemon juice, @lovebeets beetroot, almonds and of course @avanzaavocado 🥑. Avocados are super high in fat - in fact 77% of its calories are from fat. However the majority of this fat comes in the form of oleic acid, a monosaturated fatty acid which helps to support heart health. Some studies have shown that eating avocado improved blood lipid profiles by lowering LDL-cholesterol and triglycerides and increasing HDL-cholesterol. So make sure you are getting the right type of fats in your diet!
