On a recent trip to London I had the chance to revisit Pachamama which used to be one of my locals and I used to be positively surprised. Unfortunately things have changed for worse. Yes it was a quiet night and already late but as always the food and service should maintain the same standard throughout any service from start to finish.
In my opinion the food lacked its usual flavour and there was little care and attention felt. The dishes were lukewarm on cold plates. Service was slow and several new staff which had clearly not been introduced the restaurant properly. It's a pity as it used to be a pretty nice spot.
1) Thai basil, ginger, fresh lemongrass, fish sauce
2) Some was stuffed in sea bass, the rest tossed with mushrooms
3) Broiled sea bass with the mushrooms.
Just 1 cast iron skillet for all the cooking (all broiled).
Megabass KAGELOU 124F-LBO.124mm 22g.
LBO(Linear Bearing Oscillator) system——To move the center of gravity of the lure, I use a sliding cylinder instead of an iron ball. This cylinder is overlayed with a small bearing, making it possible to move with less resistance.——
A revolutionary lure made with a new system is a flying distance beyond imagination. Kagelou swims shallow. Therefore, you can appeal to the fish looking up at the surface of the water. It is the masterpiece of Yoshiyuki Kubota.
