📌INGREDIENTES:⠀
▪️3 tazas de lentejas remojadas⠀
▪️6 tazas de caldo de verduras⠀
▪️1 cda de aceite de oliva⠀
▪️1/4 de taza de cebolla morada picada⠀
▪️1 1/2 tazas de pimenton de varios colores⠀⠀
▪️1 cda de tomillo⠀
▪️1 cda de orégano⠀
▪️1/2 taza de tomate cherry⠀
▪️Sal y pimienta al gusto

👩🏻🍳PREPARACIÓN:⠀
1️⃣ Cocina en una olla a fuego lento las lentejas con el caldo de verduras hasta que estén cocidas.⠀

Do you ever think about your elbows when you’re squatting? How to place them? What’s their role? How could they “damage” your squats?
-
✅✅✅ Keeping your elbows neutral (down) is the best/safest way to squat: this because when you keep your elbows down, the bar’s load is evenly distributed perpendicularly on your body, down to your mid feet, placing most of the stress on your quads & decreasing the stress on your back. - ❌❌❌ Instead, flaring your elbows backwards will push the load forward aswell in an anti-clockwise motion, possibly increasing the stress on your lower back, shich can cause you to "fall forward". -
Always keep an eye on your elbows and make sure you keep them down & neutral, not back. Sure, lots of people are very flexible and can keep the load evenly distributed even with their elbows backwards, but, that doesn’t apply to most of us! -
Before you freak out - like in everything else - there's obviously going to be some leeway: Neutrality is a range and not a precise number. Even if elbows flare out a little on the way down, you'll still be within the neutral range. What matters is that you don't flare them out excessively! -

Hola Hola!! Cómo los trata el calor?? Con estos días calurosos la elección de la mayoría para no estar tan pesados es almorzar una ensalada.
➡️Hoy les quiero enseñar los ingredientes que tiene que tener una ensalada para que sea completa!! 👌😉.
➡️Debe tener:
✔Una alimento fuente de hidratos de carbono: arroz, fideos, papa, pan o croutones, choclo, lentejas, garbanzos, quinoa.
✔Un alimento fuente de proteínas: atún, pollo, carne, milanesa, huevo, jamón cocido, queso.
✔Un alimento fuente de grasas: aceite, frutas secas, aceitunas, palta.
✔Un alimento fuente de fibra: verduras crudas o grilladas y de MUCHOS COLORES!!
➡️Lo pueden combinar como quieran! Yo en esta ensalada que me arme en una rotiseria cerca de mi casa quise comer nueces y aceitunas en vez de aceite. Tambien usé atún y un huevo como proteína. Se puede mezclar tranquilamente!! Lo que hay que controlar es la cantidad de cada cosa!
🔵La ensalada es una buena elección para esta época pero si no tiene todos estos ingredientes es muy probable que se queden con hambre y ahí estamos en problemas!! 🤔 Porque al ratito vamos a tener hambre y vamos a arrancar con el famoso y tan temido PICOTEO!
