I’m alone.⁣
I’m bad.⁣
I’m not safe.⁣

(Okay that last one is probably not totally a lie in all circumstances.)⁣
⁣
The false beliefs I definitely don’t hold within myself:⁣
⁣
I’m wrong.⁣
I’m worthless.⁣
I’m unloveable.⁣
⁣
I genuinely thought those last three were in me—so much of my life experience would easily lend itself to reinforcing those beliefs.⁣
⁣
But.⁣
⁣
After today that’s a hard no 🙅🏼‍♀️ I don’t have those false beliefs.⁣
⁣
And that’s a big ah-ha for me. ⁣
⁣
Because I’m: ⁣
⁣
⇢Not wrong (possibly too self-assured to a very obnoxious level 😈 and I live for it 🤣)⁣ ⇢Valued (my innate sense of value is overflowing—my heart center is closed...a human design thing)⁣ ⇢So damn lovable (Just look into my eyes and you’ll fall in 😍)⁣

Even though I still hold those first three false beliefs (there’s probably a fourth), knowing that I don’t feel or believe I’m wrong, or worthless, or unloveable is liberatory 🦋⁣

This human experience—THIS one, in this body, having gone through all the things I have—is quite possibly the best one yet. ⁣
