  • The #1 Question I'm getting — How do you get your body back after pregnancy? .

Well...first of all, I never lost my body!  My body grew a human, birthed a human and now is chubbying up a human (as seen in my stories🤣👶🏻) .
.
We need to trash this lingo all together. We don't lose our body through pregnancy. Our bodies do a pretty incredible and epic thing to grow another human being. We need to honour it, respect it and give it the time in needs to heal.

I'm wrapping up 5 weeks postpartum and yeah I've pretty much lost the baby weight but I'm definitely not in the condition I was before and I'm A-OK with that. I'm giving my body time, nourishing it with healing foods and lots of cuddle time with my babes.

Once I get the green light to get back to exercise I'll be doing my New Mama program implementing a more structured routine but it won't be to "get my body back"! It will be to grain my strength back, increase my energy levels and a little "ME TIME" so I can be a happy and healthy Mama for my 2 boys.

So lets embrace our postpartum bodies with love and honour and stop hating on it❤️
