I buy everything at @walmart @vons @smartfinal
You need: tilapia fillets, garlic salt, black pepper, tomato seasoning. I use everything that's in the picture, but i'm sure other brands will be fine.
Pour 1/2 tbsp of Canola oil in a skillet & heat on low flame. Add 1 tsp of Garlic salt to each side of fillet, add 1/4 or 1/8 tsp of black pepper (depends how much spice you want) to each side, add 1/4 tsp of knorr tomato seasoning on 1 side. Place fillet on skillet & turn flame to medium. Wait 1 minute & flip, wait 1 minute & flip again. Wait 3 minutes & flip wait 3 more minutes & flip until tilapia is fully cooked (make sure it doesn't stick)
Beans: I usually just pour 1 in of beans into a pot & add water as needed & salt to taste. Pour beans onto skillet (w/ no water) & smash with spoon.
Rice: pour a bit of canola oil onto pot (high flame), pour 1 cup of rice & stir until golden, add 2 cups of water, add lnorr tomato seasoning & stir, wait for water to boil, once water boils turn heat to medium, & wait for rice to fully cook. (About 10-15 minutes)
Serve with Guacamole, salsa, tortillas & lime/lemon. (All optional)
