  • Went to check out @mountainsidefit today. I liked it! First time in. It’s super convenient since it’s a mile from my house. May just have to add ANOTHER gym membership to the key chain 🙈

Shoulders and arms today💪🏽 I love lifting shoulders. There's something about a shoulder pump that gets me in such a great mood. Here, I'm hitting triceps first to completely burn them out so when I get to the Arnold press my muscle recruitment has no choice but to go straight to the prime mover, the shoulders. 👌🏽

. Went to check out @mountainsidefit today. I liked it! First time in. It’s super convenient since it’s a mile from my house. May just have to add ANOTHER gym membership to the key chain 🙈 .   • I played men's league #hockey last night and I'm feeling a little beat up, sore, and tight today.  But it's #legday.  So this is my favorite drill to perform prior to #squats (when I feel like junk). 🔹️Performing a proper #squat requires both #mobility and #motorcontrol. .
🔹️Mobility refers to the ability to move a joint through its range of motion.  Motor control refers to an individual’s ability to coordinate muscles to actively move through a range of motion..
🔹️This drill improves both.  In general, during a loaded squat, we want the hips, knees, and ankles to move adequately through the range of motion to reach the desired depth..
🔶️This drill addresses the following:
🔹️Maintaining a “neutral spine”.
🔹️Thoracic extension/flexion.
🔹️Hamstring/Quad tightness.
🔹️Adductor tightness.
🔹️Ankle dorsiflexion.
🔹️Controlled breathing
🔶️ Walk  for 10 minutes,  then Perform 2-3 rounds of 6-8 reps. I played men's league #hockey last night and I'm feeling a little beat up, sore, and tight today. But it's #legday.
