  • Over the past 20 years, my dietary habits have been all over the place. 
Years ago, I was the queen of WW.  I had memorized the points for the majority of my meals.  I even had a team of wonderful women to do it with...and it made it so easy and a lot my fun. 
Eventually, I decided to up the ante and go vegan... (well green smoothies actually). I was doing alot of research on cancer, and this was my way of responding to the research. 
I purchased the best blender #vitamix and only consumed green smoothies .... nothing else by mouth for 3 months. Kale, spinach, green apples, ginger, red apples, carrots, etc... I was having a hoot of a time. 
Then I got pregnant with my dgtr, and my brain was like... Girl, you better eat normal. 😂

Of course, my brain...just used that as an excuse... Fast forward almost 10 years later... I have grown, and I have learned alot about myself.  What I know today is this:  We do everything according to what we value in the moment. 
That is right... when I value pleasure or want a feeling...I want a piece of pound cake. 
Or when I value fuel..I go for the long acting carbs...ie  old fashioned oatmeal. 
But when I value HEALTH, I choose foods that will improve my health. 
This thinking not only works with food.  It works with everything. 
Just look at your life... is your life a reflection of the things that you value. 
For instance if you value education, What book are you reading? 
Value your children, How much time do you spend with them?

Value your business, How much time do you spend growing YOU and your business? 
Value other people, How are you contributing to others? 
I challenging you to Stay accountable to yourself by paying attention to how often your values show up in your life.
