  • There are many different ways to achieve certain goals in calisthenics. My priorities and  intentions were #strengthandconditioning today  This is how my strength training days are when I’m not working on freestyle calisthenics.
I’m using my own bodyweight for a overhead push movement.
(Handstand push up with deficit) 
Followed by a dip but weighted to make a simple movement difficult so I can track my push strength easier 
Then ending off with a ( Pesudo push up) 
Which I’m focusing on time under tension, protraction in my Scapula and as well leaning to increase that leverage.
I did other movements as well but I can’t show off everything🙈 that will ruin the outcome 👁.
If you are interested in adding calisthenics to your own workout routine. I would be more then happy to help out. Just note that everyone has different pathways to achieve certain goals. I don’t make cookie cutter programs. That’s a guarantee🙏
