Confidence Is Key!!! We all have those voices in our heads saying you don't know how to do things, but how do you know if you don't try, you are skilled more then you know and you know more then you think!!! #positivethinking#empoweringminds#iam#urax
Have you ever felt unmotivated or completely lost focus on an amazing project you had in mind??? •
For the longest time I’ve been thinking and asking myself.. why is it that I start something and the next thing I know I loose my focus and my motivation completely goes down the drain..???
The more I thought about it the more clear it was that I was focusing more on what others would THINK or SAY INSTEAD of focusing on my WHY!
That right there.. was killing me inside! I wasn’t finishing what I started because I let everyone else’s opinions take over my WHY! Slowly those opinions started to creep up on me.. making me believe that I wasn’t worthy of going after my goals and surpassing my fears!
It wasn’t until a couple days ago that I said ENOUGH.. I will focus on my goals because I have a strong WHY and no one else’s negative opinions are going to shake me to the ground!!!!
Sometimes we have to dig deep to find our answer and make a shift... forget about everyone else’s opinions specially if you are already THRIVING it could be by loosing weight, started a new business, writing a book, becoming a blogger. What ever it is KEEP GOING, stay focused on your WHY and F*** others opinions!!!🙃🙌🏻😃

Matt, shared his own life experiences with us all today at the Anxiety Cafe. He talked about NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), which is a psychological approach that involves analysing strategies and applying them to reach a personal goal. It relates thoughts, language, and patterns of behaviour learned through experience to specific outcomes.
Key points..... Become conscious of your inner dialogue - how we talk to ourselves is just as important.
Whether you’re talking out allowed, or thinking it in your head...both have a big impact.
Focus on what you do want, and not always on what you don’t!! Become conscious of your thoughts and change them into more positive ones.
Encourage yourself. Acknowledge yourself.
And most importantly be kind to yourself ❤️ I really hope everyone who came along to the meeting today, was able to take something positive away with them. 🧠🗣 #anxiety#supportgroup#helpingothers#lifecoach#mentalhealth#encourgingothers#positivethinking#nlp#selfhelp#somersetanxietysupport#sas
•••••Is the glass half empty or half full?
Does it matter? Well if you say half empty, you’re labeled as a pessimist. If you say half full, then you’re said to be an optimist. But if you’re the optimist, let me ask you this.. Would you keep it half full and settle for that, knowing you can keep filling up that glass?
Would you sip it till it’s all gone and have to start all over again and again?
Or would you keep filling the glass with that optimism and start building yourself up with everything you love and believe in? •••••food for thought(;
More coffee please ☕️ .
Dreading the 40 minute cardio session planned for today, I would much rather be plopped on the couch watching Netflix. .
But I know the days that are the hardest to get moving are the ones you need to the most.
Practicing Patience & Love In my life are 2 things I am consistently trying to get better with!
Hermès has most definitely helped me with this practice & I am so grateful to have this sweetheart in my life! 💓💓💓💓
this is my game face 😼 and it’s GO TIME BABY
after my vacation I thought I would be so rested and rejuvenated.
like, that’s the whole point of vacay right?? but no, I arrived home more exhausted, stressed, and overwhelmed than when I left
I’ve been in such a funk, stuck in a lack mindset, and just so freaking drained
BUT I’M DONE NOW 😊
and for any of you out there that are wondering, “but Rachel, aren’t you a wellness coach? don’t you help people to not be in the place that you’ve been wallowing in all week?”. YEP SURE DO 👌
but guess what homie I’m also a human being full of mistakes and trauma and insecurities.
and sometimes I fall off the wellness wagon, and THAT’S OKAY
growth is NOT linear and spiritual awakening is ALWAYS changing
you just have to have enough self-awareness to look yourself in the eye and say HEY. that’s quite enough of that
and resume the self-love, self-care, and overall badassery that you DESERVE ✨👊
Soy eternamente joven
Ahora me mudo a un lugar mejor
Tengo una nueva relación maravillosa.
Yo Soy mi propia persona
Me encanta mi cabello/nariz/cuerpo
Estoy lleno de amor y afecto
Soy alegre, feliz y libre
Estoy totalmente sano
Piensa afirmaciones positivas. Son cualquier declaración que hagas. A menudo pensamos afirmaciones negativas. Solo crean más de lo que dices no querer. Decir: "Odio mi trabajo", no te llevará a ningún lado.
