  • Repost @magesoul I still remember all those days when I had to sit there and drown in my thoughts. See, I always wished I had someone that could understand me and not misinterpret everything I said. What I wished to call home was actually a temporary shelter and what I thought was once love, was also a fabrication. Every day I had to put on my mask to show everyone how happy we seemed, but the reality came during the night and the moments when we were together. God, if looks could kill, I would’ve been dead many times. It’s a shame that I had to spend so many years in search for that day where we would actually look at each other and surrender that ego. Maybe, I should’ve just walked away when I had the chance at the beginning, but what can I say, I was born to try and see the good in everyone. I don’t regret the lesson I learned, my only regret is not allowing my intuition to lead the way. – Carlos Medina |
