After last night womb clearing ceremony... Symbolically the womb is a micro version of the universe. It holds infinite creative life force and enormous power. It is the void, the black hole from which creation is birthed. It is the home that nurtures and grows the seed to be birthed into the physical world for it to fulfil its potential.
Opening to this place, the womb, is a feeling of deep inner connectedness, a feeling of being deeply grounded in the woman self and in the body. A place of feeling centred in and from the womb and connected to the deep power of the feminine life force in all her forms and expressions.
Clearing the womb space is the feeling of coming home. A feeling of opening and surrendering. A feeling of power and passion and a deep opening of the heart.
These nature spirits are now available as prints! Each drawing means something different and draws on different emotions. I explain what each one means to me on my website 🌿 The link is in my bio if you want to have a look at them 💚💚 have such a beautiful day!
Feeling mad refreshed after a weekend in the desert! I spend alot of time asking Google random questions or looking at the world through the phone screen...Thankful for time with loved ones, quiet days and the sounds of nature 🌵⛰🙏🏾
Just because something may be the road less traveled, doesn’t mean one should not take that journey 🍃

Meet Jen & Jen-Part II. They are two more awesome Humans of the Comox Valley. They both work at Puntledge Elementary. Here’s their 2nd story. They are doing so many positive initiatives I needed to make a second post to include all of it!
We have been collaborating together to find ways our school can reduce, refuse, reuse and recycle. We have included the staff and students in these efforts, hoping to make a big impact with some small initiatives. These small but important changes include:
✔️We are starting to use GOOSe paper (good on one side) in our classrooms, and will be doing double side photocopying as much as possible. We are also going to track the amount of paper each classroom uses, to help bring awareness to how much we use, what that cost is in both trees and environmental impact, which we hope will encourage a reduction in the amount of things we print.
✔️We have a Pack It In, Pack It Out policy for lunches now, with students and staff returning their empty containers, wrappers, and food waste to their homes, so they can be recycled in the correct places and also to encourage families to use reusable containers for lunch and snack items.
✔️We are getting rid of the single use coffee pod machine with a return to a 8-10 cup coffee maker.
We are committed to fostering initiatives for all staff and students that will help us to think about our environment and how we can increase our actions to protect it. We are so lucky to be part of a school that is surrounded by forests and fish bearing streams in a rich and vibrant community. Our student are given a lot of outdoor education and learn a lot about our environment here on this property and we want to ensure that the actions we take in the building respect that environment. We love our school, take great pride in it and are taking many small steps together to hope to make big changes.
Thanks again Jen & Jen 🌎🙏🏽♻️

I’ve always wanted to travel the world, so badly so that when it was time to pick a degree I went with business travel and tourism management. After working the field for 6 years I realized I hated every second of it and that I didn’t want to be stuck working my life away: nights, weekends, holidays etc. The hospitality industry has its perks but it’s not a 9-5 job, it’s a 24/7 job. There were weeks where I was working 6am-12am, not getting a moment to eat or even rest my feet. It was a living hell. I was sick, tired & unhealthy. ••
That’s why I’ve decided to become my own boss, take control of my life and define my future. I’m so so lucky to have found CEO movement and kangen water. I’m only just starting out. I still have a serving job on the side to help me invest but soon enough I’ll be conquering the world as my own boss, living the ACTUAL dream.. if you know, you know lol. Let me know if you’re interested in making the switch to becoming your own boss. There is no better time than RIGHT NOW! Make it a great day loves🌸✨💕 #letsgetthisbread
Me gustaron!
Who loves a good beach?! We do!! 🙌🏽🙌🏽
Sadly over 100 BILLION menstrual products are thrown away globally each year and we’ll frankly, most of our tampons wrappers, applicators and sanitary pads end up in our oceans and then on our beaches 🤮😩🤬🌍
Pretty sad huh. So what can you do about it? We’ve got a few things on the blog right now (link in profile) plus there’s a sneaky discount code for your pre-order of ilo tampons! | #savetheplanet#organicisbest#ilolovestheworld
I'm working through my money stories atm. It's been said lots before that spiritual and environmental work is thought to be not for profit etc under valued, and yes I have felt and done this. BUT WHAT IF these people with huge compassionate hearts had money? I know what I would do!
Design sustainable affordable housing estates that also connected communities. Big big dream but you never know!
Meet Krista & Cindy- two more awesome Humans of the Comox Valley. They are co-owners of an eco salon- Carbon Hair Company. Here’s their story:
Welcome to Carbon Hair Company, an ecologically minded, non-toxic, unisex hair salon in the beautiful village of Cumberland British Columbia. At Carbon Hair Company we care strongly about the Earth and all inhabitants of her. We are so happy to have this safe, non-toxic hair and beauty product line available to our much loved clients.
Many beauty and personal care products on the market and in salons are full of ingredients like parabens, perfumes, and harsh chemicals that have negative health consequences. Conventional hair colour contains many harmful ingredients like toluene, phenylenediamine, and resorcinol. We believe that beauty doesn't have to be toxic. The products and hair colour we use are carefully chosen for their organic, non-toxic, safe ingredients. We have done tons of research and product testing and made our way through all the green-washing to bring you a colour product line we completely believe in.
Our haircolour line is Organic Colour Systems @organiccoloursystemsuk. We also carry their full line of hair care and styling products.
✔️It is a UK company and they source 75% of their ingredients from the UK.
✔️95% natural - they have taken out anything harmful and replaced it with a safer, natural alternative.
✔️60% certified organic content.
✔️It has the lowest amount of PPD of all colours on the market. PPD stands for Paraphenylenediamine, a chemical commonly found in darker hair colours that often causes allergic reactions and inflammation.
✔️And it is FREE from ammonia, resorcinal, gluten, GMOs, perfume, SLS and sodium chloride
At Carbon Hair Company we are also mindful of our impact by washing and reusing our foils as we use ones that can be washed and reused. We also recycle reduce and reuse everything we can.
Thanks Krista & Cindy 🙏🏽♻️🌎#organiccoloursystemsuk#carbonhaircompany#cindy_foley_in_the_forest#kristaoverwaterhair#nontoxicbeauty#ecosalon
