Lunch was a creamy tomato pasta. It took me 15 minutes, after 15 minutes of cooking I get bored and eat whatever is closest to my hand 🍫🍩 hence why I love a quick recipe 😃😃 🍅Ingredients
Tin of chopped tomatoes
Leftover chopped gammon
Birthdays are always better when you celebrate them with a yummy cheesecake!!! I followed the traditional cheesecake recipe but added some cajeta and pecans on top to add another layer of flavor.
What You Need
1-1/2 cups chocolate animal cookies crumbs
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
4 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 oz of HEB Organic Texas Pecans
Heat oven to 325°F.
Combine animal cookies crumbs, 3 Tbsp. sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch pan.
Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust.
Bake 55 min. or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate cheesecake 4 hours.
Add the cajeta and pecas on top right before you serve it.

che in realtà non è altro che una mug-cheesecake fatta con #philadelphia, #maltesers sbriciolati, #ovomaltina in polvere e albume.. per la base (che poi capovolgendola è diventata il cratere) ho usato una barretta #ovomaltine sbriciolata, poi ho guarnito con crema #teasers e un cioccolatino maltesers! ❤️
