Things 13 year old me would never have imagined doing or achieving by age 20 and some advice for little old me
-
1️⃣ You will be a travel fanatic and end up living in 3 different countries (soon to be 4 🇧🇪)
2️⃣ You will grow an amazing online community of 18,000+ incredible people who you will encourage to lead an active, healthy lifestyle that’s BALANCED
3️⃣ You will work with amazing sports brands that you grew up wearing/using and supporting. For eg @asicseurope 💞
4️⃣ You will become obsessed with the gym! I always grew up being active and played a lot of team sports and still do but I never thought I’d be the type to enjoy solo exercise esp the gym, but look at me now 🤪
5️⃣ You will win an award and be given the title as the best Irish fitness influencer 2018 ☹️❤️ (you guys are the best, I’m still not over it 😢)
6️⃣ You will become OBSESSED with fake tan!!😂😂
7️⃣ You will be able to help thousands of people by doing what you love everyday 
8️⃣ Weights will become your thing and cardio will be a thing of the past. You will begin to love learning about exercise and good foods and the benefits of it. You will learn to eat better and not less and you will transition from your skinny self to being strong 💪🏼
9️⃣ You will become a qualified Personal Trainer all whilst studying your college degree and trying to juggle the gym, your job + your social life aswell, it will be hard but you will do it and it will be worth it
🔟 You will learn to become independent! You will learn that the best person to be around is yourself and that you don’t need to rely on anyone to live a healthy, happy life 💃 You will begin to learn that doing things alone is amazing, it will help you grow and help you be the person you are going to be (hence why I’m going solo travelling for the first time on Friday with 40 strangers 😳)
