Time is a strange thing. When you're waiting for something good to happen, it can feel like time is dragging on. But when you want it to slow down, it goes by in the blink of an eye.
The odd part is time isn't real. It's a concept imagined by scientists based on the imperfect movement of the earth around the sun. So why do we put so much importance on something that's just a theory? Because it's all we have.
Do you keep an eye out for signs? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
When I'm at a crossroads or trying to make a decision about something I always make a conscious effort to ask for guidance and look out for any signs directing me. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The key here? If we don't ask for help we don't get it. We can't do everything on our own no matter how independent you are. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Being independent doesn't mean having to struggle with things on your own. It means owning who you are and what you're here to do and do it with courage, curiosity and openness. Open to change, to help, to others. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So here's a question for you to ponder over today...
Are you doing all you can to help yourself as well as helping others? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If not, what can you do today to change that?
