🍀🛣 23rd March, 1940, the day when the Pakistan Resolution was passed at Minar e Pakistan, to demand a separate homeland for Muslims. •
It is one of the most important and historic incident in the history of Pakistan, which eventually led to the creation of Pakistan 7 years later after alot of struggles •
Today, several years later let’s not forget the sacrifices made by our leaders for the country we live in today, let’s not forget that we fought for this country on the name of religion and for Islam. So, let’s live our lives in a way which reflects Islam and it’s teachings. And let’s contribute our best for the peace, unity and harmony of this homeland, which we so proudly call ‘PAKISTAN’ 💚🇵🇰 •
🍃HAPPY RESOLUTION DAY🌲 “There is no power that can undo Pakistan” 🌱
P.S I know the resolution was passed at Minar E Pakistan, but being a Karachite i have no such photo😂 But, Quaid’s Mazar is still relevant in a way🤷🏻♀️🙈 .
23 March is just not a date on a calendar for Pakistan but a turning point for the Muslims of the subcontinent. 23 March is a day which holds as much importance as 14thAugust.
Pakistan day is not only a day where we should rejoice history. It is a day when we need to ask ourselves how close we are to the vision of Pakistan. This helps us to identify those gaps and work on them. We have made a great progress in our small history as a nation but there is still a lot of work to be done.We must not waste our time and energies in criticizing what can’t handle; instead, we need to concentrate how we can play our role as individuals.✌️
This 23rd March, I say, have faith in yourself and be the catalyst for the change. The only way we can make our country stronger is by changing ourselves.✌️
HAPPY 23rd MARCH 🇵🇰

Every year on 23rd March we make a big deal out of the day by dressing up and doing something celebratory. This year we were invited to the marvellous Children's Library Complex celebrations. The weather was fantastic! Considering how hot and dusty yesterday was, today was a delight. The Minister Of Education Murad Raas gave a fantastic speech about how the future is bright for Pakistan and we can all be hopeful and optimistic. There was a flag raising ceremony. Songs performed by the police band. It was a truly brilliant experience. #patriotic#23rdmarch2019#independenceday#childrenslibrarycomplex#pakistanzindabad#anasir2013#millinaghma

I am… ambitious.
“When you are born in a country because God sent you there, you have to, no matter how big the opportunity, try to stay within your country. You don’t forget your language, your culture. Before 1995, I also wanted to go to another country to make some money. I worked in Singapore and Malaysia for almost 7 years. One day when I was working in Singapore, I stopped and asked myself, why did I come here to earn money? If you work hard and invest in your own place, you can do well in Nepal. Now, this place has a lot of agriculture, tourism, culture, also. The environment is so nice in Nepal, why should I work somewhere else? Also, if you work for other people, it can be very difficult. We need a visa, and then it expires. It’s very stressful. Sometimes I even had dreams about my visa expiring.
I can definitely make more money there though. For example, I can make about 5,000 here instead of 40,000 overseas. But it’s okay, it’s fine with me, I’m happy.
This place used to be a teahouse. My father built it. When I came back from Singapore, I made this hotel into three floors. Then I added a restaurant. I was trying to think of a name. Firstly, I wanted it to grab people’s attention. I wanted to have a variety of foods that came from yak like yak cheese, yak steak, yak momo. So then I thought, why not Yakdonald’s? Because I know I could not have McDonald’s, so I said, let’s mix the two together. I actually used to have a big M on our sign, but a few years ago, McDonald’s sent me a letter. They said that I couldn’t put up a big M sign. So that’s fine, I changed the M and made it into yak horns.”
