  • If there is anything that everyone undoubtedly wants in their life, it is that often elusive feeling of HAPPINESS.  There are key small things that most of us can reasonably do to increase JOY. 
I’ll share my top 5 tips this week. #1 is GET UP & MOVE!! Physical exercise not only keeps us fit, but also dramatically improves our mental health. 
Our perception of our own bodies improves after we exercise. Feelings of depression and anxiety decrease while endorphins and those HAPPY feelings increase. It doesn't have to be hours and hours of high intensity at the gym. A little as 1 HOUR a WEEK impacts depression and mood disorders.

And, if you're struggling to keep up the motivation to go out for a jog or ride your bike, then there's a simple fix: just focus on doing the kind of exercise that makes you HAPPY :) Any movement is better than nothing! Don’t feel guilty about not reaching a set target or intensity. Find the fitness routine that YOU like best and actually ENJOY so you can follow it more easily. Guess what my favorite is? 😉🤣🤷‍♀️ And by the way this pose is ahhh-mazing to reverse the effects of hunching over a computer or at a desk all day. Hop in it for 60 seconds today!
