Enjoyed the few classes I've taken last week at @ goldsgym in hurghada ❤️ Usually I don't exercise much in vacations, just few minutes at my room in the hotel I stay in, but this time I had to attend classes to be sure I spend at least one hour working my muscles. 
That's because l hurt my leg few months ago by doing hard pose without warming up and had to rest for a while, and because I set in one position for long time to make my artworks and crochet, that made it worse and I lost some of my flexibility😪, and at that time of resting I would do just few exercises at home to warm up and then do few stretches as I was afraid I will make it worse if I attend classes or exercise a lot, but after I went to a doctor and told me I don't have any injuries and there is nothing to worry about but a visit to a physical therapist may help, so I went to a physical therapist and told me I have a muscle stiffness, and she adviced me to keep exercising but without pushing too much on myself, and to do more of warming up and stretching everyday, and that was something I never need before to do my splits, they were easy for me to do without lots of warming up and stretching. 
So I got back to attend classes and to teach @orientalbarre ,and because I take one week off and didn't want to stop exercising on it, I searched for the nearest gym that has ladies area and offers different classes, and it was @ goldsgymhurghada 
Although I went just three times through the week I stayed there, but that was really good for my body and was also good for me as an instructor to try different classes (I attended 5 different classes in those three times), as l always love taking new classes and even after becoming an instructor, I still love attending other instructors classes and not just relying on my own exercise routine or my @orientalbarre classes that I teach.
