Usually comes down to #nutrition & #training #intensity ! (Lack of either or both) so many people sat around talking/socialising or on their phones in the #gym ! You could cut down your work out time in half and double your intensity! Change something! If you find yourself on your phone or standing in a circle having a #mothersmeeting in the gym then try a week off! Wake up early and get outside on your own OR with someone else who is fed up of not seeing the results AND TAKE ACTION! VIDEO ABOVE; HIIT, find some stairs, run up them as fast as you can (max speed as you can) , then walk back down them! REPEAT THIS AT LEAST 6/7 times ! As you advance you can do a set of 20 (at least) press ups , squats , star jumps, burpees AFTER each time you walk down , take approx 30 seconds after each round to let your heart rate come down IF YOU FEEL YOU NEED IT (the walk down is a rest already) THEN ATTACK THE NEXT ROUND! IT WILL TAKE YOU LESS THAN 15 minutes (but will feel like you have done an hour in the gym, BECAUSE you probably HAVE done what YOU normally get done in an hour in the gym) DONT SAY YOU HAVENT GOT TIME TO TRAIN!
