Halloumi, carrot + pea fritters, salad and cherry toms from the garden 🥗 big YES to summer dinner vibes, am I right? Fritters 👉🏼 grated carrot, peas, eggs, flour, cumin and spring onion. Then fry up some halloumi (I soak it for a few mins first to make it less salty), and top with a dollop of Greek yogurt 🌟 I used some leftover North African inspired spice blend from an old @hellofreshnz box to coat the halloumi, and it went really well with the cumin in the fritters 😋
How to get optimal results from your training?
It’s a crazy world we live in, people tend to do things backwards. Most people put all of their focus on training and don’t give much attention to whats really going to deliver them the result there are after.
The first thing you need to understand is nutrition is king! Without the right nutrition plan then you are setting yourself up for failure and can forget your goals. This is the number 1 thing that you must get right!
The second thing you need to understand is training is a huge stressor on the body a good stressor however if your already living a highly stressed life then going in and creating even more stress then your going to experience all the negatives from stress previously talked about.
So the seconds thing you need to do is find the right balance with the autonomic nervous system to ensure stress is managed properly and is only present at the right times order for you to reap maximum benefits of training.
Next up is you have to optimise your sleep. There is no two ways about it this is where the magic happens and 99% of the population have really poor sleep quality. This is not only when you grow and repair which will enhance recovery and performance in the gym but it will dictate how well you are compliant to your nutrition as poor sleep will decrease leptin and increase ghrelin make you less satiated and more hungry.
on average people spend 3-5 hours a week working out this is a small fraction of your week which is why the other 3 lifestyle factors must be prioritised first as they are where you spend the most time.
Training is the easy part but I see alot of people wasting their time here when they don't even have a plan in place for the other 3 areas and yet they wonder why they can't get results.
I think it's great to see people going to the gym but very few people actually go there with a purpose or a plan in place. you need to train specific to your goals not just turn up at the gym and do something for the sake of it because you'll get frustrated and give up due to the lack of results.
I’m a fairly healthy eater, don’t get me wrong, I love me some brownies and ridiculous candy like circus peanuts, that’s not a joke (I like them a little stale—soooo good) 🤣
80% of the time I’m a “healthy eater”. Everything in life is about consistency and balance. Right? Be 100% i. The things you can be. I’m a creature of habit with my mornings.
My go to morning routine involves my beloved chocolate coconut, protein masterpiece 🤣
This has evolved over the last 3 years since I got in REEEEALLY good shape before my last baby. I’m literally full until about 2pm. 🙌🏻 I’m always open to swapping tips. As it’s an ever evolving process...
Must haves, protein, collage, nitric oxide, fast and delicious!
What are you favorite healthy morning EATS?? 😋

Client focus: Jade Culpeper.
These 2 pictures were 20 weeks apart and in that time Jade managed to lose 23kg (3 stone 9lbs) in weight.
The foundations of this success were built by establishing a consistent routine. Positive habits have a tendency to do this. The key here was making sure we left nothing to chance. We created a bulletproof routine that fit Jades lifestyle enabling her to achieve her goal of losing over 20kg. •••
Food was prepared on the same days each week and where possible eaten at the same times. Jade would take the dog out in the evening or at the weekend at the same time to get the remainder of her steps, she would train at the same times and created a night time routine that helped her fall into a restful sleep and recover.
Her training sessions consisted mostly of high intensity full body sessions. However due to Jade’s personality type we changed up the programme regularly to avoid boredom creeping in. Even though routine was required in all other aspects of her life, her programme was the one place she needed things mixed up.
More often than not I believe in exhausting a programmes potential before changing it however on this occasion it was imperative we kept Jade engaged and focused. This allowed us to pick up the momentum needed to achieve these results.

💋🧠What is sex addiction? Is it real and what role does pornography have in perpetuating addictive dopamine spikes? _______________________________________
👀💋These are contemporary questions and the experts are mixed on what they consider dangerous, however the families who have been affected first hand by partners who claim their biological functions have become hijacked by sex as a “product” would argue sex addiction is real and it is as hard to treat as alcoholism and gambling —————————————————
👣A few hundred years ago, interacting with potential partners who looked different than the people in your town was uncommon and novelty came from long travel to “exotic" lands. —————————————————
✈️Today we have airplanes and sexual tourism and of course the internet. —————————————————
🎞In the late 1990’s, if you wanted to view something elicit it would take a drive across town to some dvd rental backroom and each tape could only hold so much content variety. Today, variety is clicks away, and the content is infinitely novel. ______________________________________
👨💻Many studies exhibit that time to climax rates of men become longer each ejaculation with the same female partner yet remain consistently the same when the male is exposed to new women. In the study I read the male rat continued to climax with new partners until he physically fell over.
🙇♂️🔞Why does this matter? What concerns me most is the way exposure to such a wide range of variety can effect young men and women with developing brains, and especially when that translates into natural human encounters. ______________________________________
🤦🏻♂️⚠️What concerns me is men with erectile dysfunction caused by burn out of the dopamine receptor sites due to chronic and excessive masturbation, which by the way is not an issue that a blood flow drug like Viagra can fix. ______________________________________💯I definitely want to thank @dramieharwick for coming and talking about this topic along with dating apps, dating in La, narcissistic partners and more, def check out the full interview in my bio link!
