  • THE FITMOM PYRAMID (of death!) 😈 Poor @nikkids1 had no idea what I had in store for her yesterday when she casually asked me if I was free to do a session together! 👯‍♀️ I introduced her to one of my fave #hiit sessions. 🥰 A very simple concept yet it pushes you completely out of your comfort zone. 💦 Don’t be put off though, as you can go as far into the pyramid as your body allows. You don’t have to complete the WHOLE thing (unless you’re insane like us!)🤪

H O W  I T  W O R K S :
🔺Round 1: 5 minutes cardio (we used treadmill); 10 squat jumps; 10 plank-to-push-ups; 10 bicep curls (heavy dumbbells); 10 walking weighted lunges; 10 burpees.
🔺Round 2: 4 minutes cardio; 20 squat jumps; 20 plank-to-push-ups; 20 bicep curls; 20 walking weighted lunges; 20 burpees.
🔺Round 3: 3 minutes cardio; 30 squat jumps; 30 plank-to-push-ups; 30 bicep curls; 30 walking weighted lunges; 30 burpees.
🔺Round 4: 2 minutes cardio; 40 squat jumps; 40 plank-to-push-ups; 40 bicep curls; 40 walking weighted lunges; 40 burpees.

Exakt so wie oben beschrieben sehen meine Wochen derzeit aus und ich bin froh über diesen geregelten Ablauf. #mealprep für 4 Tage vorkochen? Viele können/wollen das nicht. Ich jedoch bin froh darüber, denn jeden Tag nach der Arbeit und dem Training auch noch kochen?!... puuuh, da würde ich ganz schnell die Lust verlieren und andere Wege suchen.

Preworkout dance party for 1 & my power up juice, #energize, helped me absolutely KICK ASS in my workout!! I mean as per normal @shaunt handed me my own ass on a silver platter but... Well I am the one who did the work👻

I am nervous & excited & terrified & thrilled for tomorrow's last push, a one hour #shaunathon workout!! Im looking forward to it and sharing how it went!!

Anyway Im off to bed now but first I wanted share this AND tell you that this stunning powerful feeling I had today- ya, you can feel it for yourself too with some WORK!
