Rapper #NipseyHussle, 33, along with his business partner, #DavidGross (seen on swipe 2) are now the owners of  a plaza in LA (3420 W Slauson Ave), which is currently the home of his Marathon Clothing Store. 
This location is actually where he got his name. He recalls in his new Forbes interview hustling outside of this same plaza in the parking lot! 
Within 18 months, he plans to tear down the entire plaza and re-build a 6-story residential building atop of a commercial plaza, where he will place his new Marathon store! 
In his interview, he explained how he came to be this financially stable. Six years ago, he sold his “Crenshaw” mixtape for $100 per copy. Jay-Z bought 100 copies and he used those profits to create a record label, All Money In. From there, he sold a mixtape, “Mailbox Money” for $1000! Throughout the years, he turned down offers from record labels. He didn’t need the money. He says he earns 6 figures per month from royalties from his independent music. 
When he was ready to release his album,  Victory Lap, he released it under Atlantic Records. 
He said, “It’s a partnership...I shook hands and said I wouldn’t give full details, but we’re sharing everything: profits, masters.
