INGREDIENTS:
1 Hummingbird Energy Blendie 
Large handful of spinach 
1/2 pear
1/4 avocado

1/2 cup unsweetened almond/coconut milk

  • Did you know BŌL stands for Bowl Of Love? My sister @alixtillett that started @boloflove in 2015 wanted everyone that ate a bol to feel the love. When she was little we used to ask her what she wanted to do when she grew up -- mostly it was "to hug people". So when BŌL began our mantra was and is to brighten someone's day with a superfood extravaganza. So today when I ran out of the shop chasing after my girls, I asked our rockstar Jackie to let loose on our sidewalk board.   • #Ad | this mango, raspberry and avo smoothie is the perfect refreshing summer bowl 🌞 I was challenged by @organicuk to create a breakfast using only organic ingredients. Organic farming works in harmony with nature, and choosing more organic ingredients in your weekly shop (starting with bulk ingredients like oats, pasta etc), means less pesticides and therefore less harmful for our environment (think wildlife!), more protective of our land and soil, and also no artificial colours, preservatives or GM ingredients are guaranteed. ✨

I attended their Wake Up To Organic event, where thousands of independent stores across the UK were giving out free organic mini breakfasts to raise awareness and help the cause 👏🏻

Smoothie/nice cream ingredients (organic): .
- 1/2 cup of frozen mango
- 1/2 a frozen banana - 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/4 of a ripe avocado
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 3/4 cup organic soya milk or milk of choice

1. Add all solid ingredients to a high speed blender.
2. Add your milk (you may need more or less depending on how thick/thin you’d like the smoothie). 3. Blend until smooth - if you have trouble blending add more milk. Pour into a bowl and add your favourite toppings - I used granola and coconut shreds (any kind of nut or seed butter is amazing too!) Keďže mliečne mi nerobia dobre, vonku siaham vždy po vegánskych (ešteže je už toľko dobrých a kvalitných zmrzlinární), zväčša po príchutiach ako mango, maracuja ale vďaka @inonni.cremeria som ochutnala už aj pistáciovú či cheesecake - samozrejme vegánsky. 👌 .

Doma zas experimentujem a skúšam kadečo mi príde pod ruku. 😜 Tento rok som si zaobstarala aj zmrzlinovač, ktorý sa veru osvedčil a tak približne každý druhý-tretí deň vzniká nejaká nová dobrota. 😋 .

Včera som na blogu zverejnila prvý tohtoročný zmrzlinový recept a vsadila som na moju najobľúbenejšiu príchuť, ktorú si dám v KAŽDEJ zmrzlinárni, či už u nás na Slovensku alebo v zahraničí. Mimochodom nezabudnem na vegan mango z Florencie...kopček stál "iba" 7,50€ 😂😂

It’s on repeat over here all summer, and Larson LOVES it! Literally perfect for kids...and adults (I'm obsessed!). The blueberries give it a beautiful purple color, sweet tang, and a boost of Vitamin C and fiber.  It feels like a treat, is super easy to make, and is ACTUALLY nutritious. Tell us: would you try it? 💙 Blueberry Nice Cream Recipe 💙
1.	The night before: cut 2 ripe bananas into slices and freeze in a single layer on a tray. 
2.	In a blender, blend the frozen bananas with 2 cups frozen blueberries, a splash of maple syrup, 1/4 cup yogurt (coconut yogurt for vegan), and a few splashes milk (dairy or almond) until a creamy texture forms. (You can also omot yogurt and just do non dairy milk. You’ll have to start and stop a few times to scrape down and add more liquid to get it to blend. We used about 1/2 cup milk.
