Children with the most challenging behaviour are the ones that need our love and support the most.
When we are in the habit of taking our youngster’s challenging behaviour personally we are taking a risk. Well, two risks actually. One risk is we end up blaming a child for their behaviour and inevitably labelling them based on the challenges we experience. For instance, “He’s lazy.” or “She’s naughty.” These labels can often place a wedge in the relationship and interrupt our ability to support them. It’s impossible to “be there” for someone when we’re too busy blaming them for their mistakes.
The second risk is we blame ourselves. “Am I a bad parent?” or “Why is my sister’s child better behaved then mine? What am I doing wrong?” Self-shame can also place an unconscious barrier between our child and ourselves during challenging behaviour.
Do you ever hear these thoughts creeping up when you're feeling overwhelmed or frustrated?
Alright! Time for some styling tips! Let’s talk about the special period in women’s life - maternity!
I’ve often asked by my own clients, what to wear during that special time in life⁉️ .
Here are some tips of what dresses to pick that will work perfectly for that occasion: .
❌✅ I obviously can’t put all tips in 1 post, but on the 1st photo, you can see what dress not to pick. And mostly because of the print: 1- it’s will make you look bigger as print is on both sides of the body, and secondly, it’s not a modern print overall. I suggest choosing a simple silhouette and less additional details. It will always work for your second pregnancy if that happens, as those dresses are timeless. .
✅ANIMAL PRINT - it’s cute, different and unusual. It also takes away the attention from your belly, as long as it has the same print all over! .
✅ WRAP DRESS - it’s easy to adjust and so comfortable for most women. It will work for you for the entire term if you get the right size. .
✅SHIRT DRESS - again, I believe simplicity is the key when we talk about pregnancy. Just get a bigger size and in the beginning, you can use the belt over and we belly grows, just as comfy overside dress, that will work perfectly with any sneakers. ✅BUTTON UP DRESS - well you see it on the picture after the belly is too big for it, open it and wear as a long vest to create more looks. .
✅A-SILHOUETTE DRESS - the most commonly picked dress for pregnancy, however, I recommend choosing simple dresses as I mentioned will fewer details, comfy and pleasant materials. .
✅GOING OUT - if you need to attend an event and need to dress up, those are the dresses I would recommend. Again, as you can see, they are nicely draped but don’t have any details, flowers, laces and etc.

Never been one to openly celebrate my birthday but as you Level up. You witness countless of friends and family pass away and it serves as a reminder of how Blessed I am to be Alive . So heres to another year living. Happy earth strong to me🙏🏽 May the Lord Almighty continue to guide, strengthen and protect me and anyone reading this. ❤️Just finished this painting of my mother as a thank you for bringing me into this world.
As most of you would know through my stories... we’ve been on holidays for the past week. ⠀
And this quote speaks volumes to me. ⠀
It hasn’t been the adventures or the big things that have meant the most. ⠀
Of course the swims, the walks on the beach and sitting in the sun has been amazing. ⠀
But it’s been the mornings waking up slowly with no where to be. Teaching my eldest girl how to play paddocks. Playing games of trouble. Collecting sticks and just watching my girls be still which has given me the most joy and which have made this holiday extraordinary. ⠀
And I’ll be soaking it all up for our last 24hours 🙌🏻⠀
P.S We’ll be home tomorrow and orders will be shipped from Thursday 💕
Happy birthday to the best #mum in the world , tomorrow hopefully will be an amazing day you so deserved , you always have all our backs , a tiger you are never forget that , love you to the moon and back 💚💚💚 #mummy#mum#thema#dubliner xx

"I think parenting young children (and old ones, I’ve heard) is a little like climbing Mount Everest.
Brave, adventurous souls try it because they’ve heard there’s magic in the climb.
They try because they believe that finishing, or even attempting the climb are impressive accomplishments.
They try because during the climb, if they allow themselves to pause and lift their eyes and minds from the pain and drudgery, the views are breathtaking.
They try because even though it hurts and it’s hard, there are moments that make it worth the hard.
These moments are so intense and unique that many people who reach the top start planning, almost immediately, to climb again.
Even though any climber will tell you that most of the climb is treacherous, exhausting, killer. That they literally cried most of the way up.
Parenting is hard.
Just like lots of important jobs are hard.
Why is it that the second a mother admits that it’s hard, people feel the need to suggest that maybe she’s not doing it right?
Maybe the fact that it’s so hard means she IS doing it right…in her own way…and she happens to be honest."

„Śmiejemy się, płaczemy. Spędzamy razem czas. Jesteśmy najlepszymi przyjaciółmi, moją matką i ja”
Umiem kochać życie i ludzi.
Mam tylko nadzieję, że wierzysz w siebie tak bardzo jak ja wierzę w Ciebie, i że jesteś pewna tego, ile dla mnie znaczysz.
Kocham Cię najmocniej na świecie. Wszystkiego najlepszego. #mum#birthday#thebestmum#poland
O Allah, there is no ease except that which you make easy. And indeed when you want, make grief and difficulties easy. Being a mother is not easy... Being a mum to a special needs child is a trial of patience, test of faith and hardship beyond what a mother's heart can handle.. But you hold on to your faith and know that Allah will help you you through it...
