  • Got to get this bod in shape! Having fun with @legrangearendine on the beach finding new ways to exercise using what we have. This sure beats going into a gym right? 
The more I exercise and stick to my daily routine the more I am looking forward to it every day. This is such a change from the last times I tried to lose this excess weight where exercise was a chore. I'm having so much fun this time and this is something I am very keen to continue after I've lost the weight - to keep it off but also to keep happy and healthy. 
Spending time on the beach every day exercising has been wonderful not only for my physical health but my mental health too. Got to get this bod in shape!   • Are you a morning lark 🐦 or night owl 🦉? I’ve been a morning lark my entire life.  Even back in my late night party 🎉 days I was still up at 7 am.  Ever heard of the new book ‘The 5 AM Club’ by @robinsharma?  Next on my list!

There is a lot of controversy around whether morning larks have better long term health outcomes than night owls.  There is some research suggesting that night owls have a higher mortality rate, but it’s debatable.

And now there is research suggesting that these different type of sleep patterns may be linked to your genetic makeup.  I don’t doubt it as I come from a family of early risers and have never required an alarm to wake up.  I just naturally wake up around 5 am.

I’m energized in the early morning, more creative, happier and more self-fulfilled.  And I love my morning routine.  But I’m ready for bed 🛌 by 8 pm and can’t wait to hit the hay at 9pm.  Kind of a pain for my hubby who is a night owl masking as a morning lark 🤷🏻‍♀️.

Мое утро обязательно включает в себя какую-то активность, я к этому шла долго 🤦🏼‍♀️ напишу пожалуй об этом в ближайшее время пост. Сейчас скажу, что и за 10 минут можно нормально размять своё тело и это в любом случае лучше, чем не делать ничего. Так что все кто хочет херачить присед по утрам, но не может себя заставить, начните с разминки 😉
