  • Happy #flexfriday.... I've been a bit inconsistent the last 2 weeks. I haven't worked out and eating habits have been bad again...

Last night my mom asked how my workouts were going and I told her I hadn't done them and she said "why, you were doing so good"....Sometimes you just need motivation from people who are watching you. 💪💕 Happy #flexfriday.... • 🏋🏾‍♀️Happy 2 year #fitiversary to me🏋🏾‍♀️
—————————————————————
2 years ago I was 15 months postpartum and 225 lbs after having my twins and only losing about 25 lbs in that entire time. I didn’t recognize myself anymore and after seeing my brother in law train and compete in his first men’s physique I KNEW I was ready for a change!
▫️
This journey has changed my life forever. I’ve learned so much and have not only changed my life, but also taught my three year olds healthy eating habits from day one(they eat more variety than I do!), my husband has started lifting weights and adapting better eating habits, and my entire family has become more mindful about their nutrition and activity level!
▫️
The first 15 months my focus was weight loss and I lost a total of 75 lbs! This past year I’ve mostly maintained my weight and focused on body recomposition, building muscle and losing fat. Now I’m ready to start a new phase of my journey...my first bulk! #bringonthegains
▫️
Swipe to see a few of my favorite transformation pictures and a video of me after my first day on this journey!!!! 👉🏾👉🏾👉🏾 🏋🏾‍♀️Happy 2 year #fitiversary to me🏋🏾‍♀️ ————————————————————— 2 years ago I was 15 months postpartum and 225 lbs after having my twins and only losing about 25 lbs in that entire time.
