Can you believe I tried avocado 🥑 for the 1st time today??? I know seems crazy, right??
Eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring and it’s not more expensive!!! That’s what I always thought any way 🤦🏼‍♀️ I really regret eating healthy today.. SAID NO ONE EVER!!!   • Missed the gym yesterday because the husband had a family emergency and was gone all day, so today is gonna be hell!  I’m doing today’s active recovery workout (#pilates & #abs) and yesterday’s leg workout, PLUS two 25m sessions on the stair master! 😳💀😳

Just finished my Pilates class and ab workout, headed to get the little ones from preschool then I’ll be back for legs after I get a meal in!

Took me the first two weeks of the month to really get back on my grind, but I’m on it now and if that means having to do 2-a-days then so be it!! Missed the gym yesterday because the husband had a family emergency and was gone all day, so today is gonna be hell! I just recently did a poll on this and it just proves to me HOW MUCH confusing info there is out there on weight loss!!! I remember it being VERY irritating for me because I had to spend hours researching and studying just to figure out the truth. So let me save you some time and heartache!

Late Night Snacking IS NOT MAKING YOU FAT! I repeat, it is NOT making you fat. Glad to hear it? But what is the catch?

As you shovel in your mindless snack while binge watching your Netflix and obviously watching the BirdBox movie or wtv the F is popular now after the kids go to bed! Im totes out of the loop. .
I can tell you one thing for sure, the time of day will not affect your metabolism. The MAJOR thing that WILL affect your metabolism and the thing that IS making you FAT is.... drum roll please.... THE FOOD YOU ARE CHOOSING.

It is very simple, if the quality of your food is garbage, your metabolism will be garbage.
