Recipe :- Ingredients: Cottage cheese (Indian Paneer) - 250 gms. Cut into cubes, sweet corn kernels - half cup (thawed), 1 TBSP ginger garlic paste, 1 TBS coriander powder, 1 TBSP cumin powder, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 1/2 tsp cayenne powder (depending on the spice level of your family. I had to feed my LO, so had kept the spice level medium low), half cup tomato 🍅 purée, salt as per taste, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, just 1 tsp of oil (use butter if you want a rich taste or you aren’t a weight watcher. I did put a generous amount of butter in my LO’s bowl). Method: 
1. In a pan put oil and heat it then put ginger garlic paste and sauté it for a while. 
2. Once the paste starts changing to golden brownish color put cottage cheese, corn, all the spices.
3. After sautéing it for 5 min. add tomato purée and keep cooking for a while on a medium low heat. Once the raw smells of spices and tomato disappears put some water if you want it in the curry style or else you can have it just like that!! Enjoy it with your family 🤗, this can be used with greens to make a salad bowl or used with plain boiled rice, pulao, Naan or any Indian bread 🍞 .
