  • Full moon F E E L S ✦ Embracing whatever I need today. Nothing is ever perfect and the beauty of the full moon energy is that we’re able to embrace our elevated, most blissful self but also our shadowy sides because life is light, dark and all the muddled gray in-between. ✨⁣

I don’t wake up at 6am every day to meditate, some afternoons I watch hours of Project Runway or #antm reruns, and most of my dinners consist of frozen veggie dishes from TJ’s, but then there are days where I wake up at 6:30 to cycle⚡️, write for hours and hours as if words can’t escape from me fast enough and I lovingly cook a meal made with all my favorite feel-good foods. It’s all okay. 💕I’m learning. I’m transforming little by little into what fills me so entirely.⁣

Today is about connecting to myself. It’s about loving my confident, beaming self and also my darkness and sending gratitude to it, then releasing. 🖤This phase is about deciding what I need at this point in my life and letting go of anything and anyone that doesn’t support it. 🌿⁣
