Do you know what makes The Fit Hub unique and different to all of the other training programmes out there? 
Whilst we {@hannah_wilson_coach and @lucy_fitness} are careful to ensure we teach you methods that actually work and are long-lasting, we know as well as you do that there are other people who know their stuff too. There's Google for one. So why not just Google "home workout" or "fast healthy dinner"? Because that will only take you so far.

Take yesterday morning, a number of you joined the live workout at a set time, it's because we were all there together, keeping each other accountable that we got up and made it happen. We are here to help, if you've got a problem or a question we give you a specific answer, if you're in our Members' Club we do live workouts, share teaching videos and people use the group to share their achievements to stay on track.

Today we want you to give it a go. Share something you struggle with on this thread and invite someone else to join too, or comment on someone else's problem and offer support.

  • Homemade Chicken Chow Mein! 🉐Thank you @cookingclassy for this quick, easy, and DELICIOUS recipe. Had dinner on the table in 30 minutes ⏰ and will most definitely become one of my go to dinner recipes. There are a few ingredients I had to buy, but once you have them in your pantry you can make this dish along with other Chinese and Japanese dishes all the time! 👩🏻‍🍳 Homemade Chicken Chow Mein! 🉐Thank you @cookingclassy for this quick, easy, and DELICIOUS recipe.   • Lunch was only #5sp and so delicious! Cooked a chicken breast in the air fryer (from frozen!). Steamed bsprouts with 0sp butter spray and Everything But The Bagel seasoning. And a #5sp portion of sweet potato that I thinly sliced and sautéed in a pan with black pepper and seasoning salt. The mix between the natural sweetness of the potatoes and the savory of the seasonings was addicting. 🤤🔥 Lunch was only #5sp and so delicious! Cooked a chicken breast in the air fryer (from frozen!).   • We're thinking a smoothie bowl sounds good today & this combo using @cecesveggieco riced cauliflower & @georgiagrinders almond butter is one that you're going to LOVE! Make it & let us know what you think! .
INGREDIENTS: 
1/4 package of Cece's Riced Cauliflower
2 cups Blueberries
2 tbsp Almond Butter (or more if you're nutty)
1.5 bananas, save the rest to garnish
1 can Coconut milk
1 Medjool dates
1 cup of Spinach
Garnish Chia Seeds, slivered almonds, hemp seeds, additional fruit (optional toppings based off what you already have)

Add all ingredients to a blender. Pour into a bowl and garnish with whatever you please. We topped our bowl with chia seeds. hemp seeds, slivered almonds, raspberries, and raw riced cauliflower.
